TV9 is an Indian satellite television telugu news channel network that is owned by Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited (ABCL). TV9 telugu News channel was founded in 2004 by Mr. Ravi Prakash. It provides 24/7 news coverage in Telugu language and has 7 TV stations in different languages in India.

Mr. Srini Raju was the Founder and Chairman of TV9 Group of Channels. Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited (ABCL) was a private media group by senior journalist Mr. Ravi Prakash in 2003 who served as its CEO. The first channel broadcast by the company was TV9 telugu in 2004. It was the first 24/7 news channel in Telugu language. Following its success in Andhra Pradesh TV9 expanded its network. Over the years a few more affiliates to TV9 in different languages like Kannada, Marathi and Gujarati have been set up. All these channels are broadcast from Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited (ABCL) head office in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
The Airtel INB award was presented to TV9 CEO Mr. Ravi Prakash in 2009.
TV9 CEO Mr.Ravi Prakash received Malaysian Legendary Award from Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak in 2010.
TV9 Output Editor Mr. Chandramouli received Delhi Telugu Academy Ugadi Puraskar from the then Union Minister Kapil Sibal.
Tata Docomo Media Award was presented to TV9's CEO Mr. Ravi Prakash by the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri. Konijeti Rosaiah in 2010.
